Description
Deliciously crispy salmon roe patties cooked in beef tallow for a rich flavor.

- 1 cup salmon roe
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup beef tallow for frying
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together salmon roe, bread crumbs, egg, onion, dill, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Heat beef tallow in a skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
- Remove and drain on paper towels before serving.
Notes
- Serve with a squeeze of lemon for added flavor.
