Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • ¼ cup bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup

  4. Return the patties to the skillet, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes.
