Description

Ingredients

  • 4 marrow bones (cut lengthwise)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C).
  2. Place the marrow bones on a roasting pan, cut side up.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes, until the marrow is soft and bubbling.
  5. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
