Description

A decadent treat featuring roasted bone marrow topped with smoky Maldon salt for enhanced flavor.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 pieces beef bone marrow
  • 1 teaspoon smoked Maldon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Fresh herbs for garnish
  • Toasted bread for serving


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
  2. Place the bone marrow upright on a baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with smoked Maldon salt.
  4. Roast in the oven for about 20 minutes, or until the marrow is bubbly and slightly browned.
  5. Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.
  6. Scoop the marrow onto toasted bread and garnish with fresh herbs.
