Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine chicken legs with chicken fat, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Arrange the chicken on a baking sheet, skin side up.
- Roast in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
