Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chicken fat (schmaltz)
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine chicken legs with chicken fat, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Arrange the chicken on a baking sheet, skin side up.
