Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Season the beef ribs with sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Place the seasoned beef ribs in a roasting pan.
- Melt the beef tallow and pour it over the ribs.
- Cover the pan with aluminum foil and place it in the oven.
- Roast for 3 hours until the ribs are tender.
- Remove the foil and increase the oven temperature to 350°F (175°C).
