Ingredients

  • 3 pounds beef ribs
  • 1 cup beef tallow
  • 2 tablespoons sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Season the beef ribs with sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Place the seasoned beef ribs in a roasting pan.
  4. Melt the beef tallow and pour it over the ribs.
  5. Cover the pan with aluminum foil and place it in the oven.
  6. Roast for 3 hours until the ribs are tender.
  7. Remove the foil and increase the oven temperature to 350°F (175°C).
  8. Continue to roast for an additional 30 minutes to create a crispy glaze.
  9. Let the ribs rest for 10 minutes before serving.
