- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

- 1 cup chicken broth

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the pheasant with salt and pepper.
- Wrap the pheasant in bacon slices, securing them with toothpicks if necessary.
- In a large oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and brown the wrapped pheasant on all sides.
- Add chicken broth, onion, garlic, and rosemary to the skillet.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and roast for 45-60 minutes, or until the pheasant reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest before carving and serving.
