Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pounds ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 cup bone marrow, roasted
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the ribeye bites with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet.
  3. Sear the ribeye for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned but not overcooked. Remove from heat.
  4. In a small pot, combine roasted bone marrow and minced garlic. Cook over low heat until the garlic is fragrant.
  5. Transfer the ribeye bites to a serving dish and pour the garlic bone marrow sauce over the top. Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
