- 2 pounds ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 cup bone marrow, roasted
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the ribeye bites with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet.
- Sear the ribeye for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned but not overcooked. Remove from heat.
- In a small pot, combine roasted bone marrow and minced garlic. Cook over low heat until the garlic is fragrant.
- Transfer the ribeye bites to a serving dish and pour the garlic bone marrow sauce over the top. Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the ribeye bites in garlic and herbs for a few hours before cooking.
- Serve with crusty bread to soak up the delicious sauce.
