Description

A deliciously tender rack of lamb slow-roasted for the perfect flavor.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 racks of lamb
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Season the racks of lamb with garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the lamb on all sides.
  4. Transfer to a roasting pan and roast for about 1.5 to 2 hours until the internal temperature reaches desired doneness.
  5. Remove from oven, let rest for 15 minutes, then slice and serve.

  • For more flavor, marinate the lamb overnight.
