Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat tallow in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season rabbit loin with salt and black pepper, then sear in the skillet until golden brown.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and roast for about 15-20 minutes.
- Remove the loin and let it rest.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and thyme, cook until fragrant.
