Ingredients

  • 4 pieces chicken thighs
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 burger buns
  • lettuce leaves
  • tomato slices
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise


Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken thighs in buttermilk for at least an hour.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dredge the marinated chicken in the flour mixture.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Fry the chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side.
  6. Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels.
  7. Assemble sandwiches by spreading mayonnaise on buns, adding lettuce, tomato, and fried chicken.
