- 4 burger buns

Instructions
- Marinate chicken thighs in buttermilk for at least an hour.
- In a bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Dredge the marinated chicken in the flour mixture.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side.
- Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels.
- Assemble sandwiches by spreading mayonnaise on buns, adding lettuce, tomato, and fried chicken.
