- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 cups cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
- 1 cup cooked bacon, chopped
- 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
- 1/4 cup olives, sliced (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Press the meat mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to form a crust.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until the meat is cooked through.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle cheese over the meat layer.
- Add cooked bacon, pepperoni, and olives if using.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
