Ingredients

- 1 pound chicken breast, sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- 4 hoagie rolls
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add sliced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until no longer pink.
- Add onions and bell peppers, cooking until softened.
- Place slices of provolone cheese on top of the chicken and vegetables to melt.
- Toast hoagie rolls and fill with the chicken mixture.
- Serve immediately.
