- 4 quails
- 1 cup ground beef
- 1/2 cup cooked rice
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Cook onion and garlic until soft.
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, cooked rice, egg, salt, pepper, paprika, and cooked onions and garlic.
- Stuff each quail with the beef mixture.
- Place stuffed quails in a baking dish and cover with foil.
- Bake for 25 minutes, remove foil, and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
