Description

A delicious and hearty dish featuring quail stuffed with a savory ground beef mixture.


Ingredients

  • 4 quails
  • 1 cup ground beef
  • 1/2 cup cooked rice
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Cook onion and garlic until soft.
  3. In a bowl, mix ground beef, cooked rice, egg, salt, pepper, paprika, and cooked onions and garlic.
  4. Stuff each quail with the beef mixture.
  5. Place stuffed quails in a baking dish and cover with foil.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes, remove foil, and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
