Description

Delicious and healthy protein muffins made with cottage cheese and eggs.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, eggs, oats, baking powder, salt, honey, and vanilla extract.
  3. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into muffin tins lined with paper liners or greased.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Let them cool before serving.
