Ingredients

- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup oats
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, eggs, oats, baking powder, salt, honey, and vanilla extract.
- Mix until smooth and well combined.
- Pour the mixture into muffin tins lined with paper liners or greased.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let them cool before serving.
