- 1 whole chicken
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Rub the spice mixture all over the chicken.
- Place the chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 30-35 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Meanwhile, prepare the cream sauce by combining heavy cream and lemon juice in a saucepan over low heat.
- Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the air fryer and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Carve the chicken and serve with the cream sauce drizzled on top.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken overnight with the spice mixture.
- Feel free to adjust the seasoning to your taste.
