- 1 whole chicken
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 2 teaspoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (180°C).
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the mixture all over the chicken.
- Place the chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 30-40 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- In a saucepan, combine heavy cream and chicken broth over medium heat. Stir until heated through.
- Remove the chicken, let it rest for a few minutes, then carve.
- Serve the chicken drizzled with the cream sauce and sprinkle with parsley.

- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken overnight with the spice mixture.
