- 2 Porterhouse steaks
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened

- 1 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions
- Preheat your grill to high heat.
- In a bowl, combine the softened butter, parsley, thyme, rosemary, garlic, sea salt, and black pepper.
- Shape the herb butter into a log and wrap it in plastic wrap. Chill in the refrigerator until firm.
- Season the porterhouse steaks with salt and black pepper.
- Place the steaks on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, adjusting time according to your preference.
- Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes.
- Slice the herb butter and place on top of the warm steaks just before serving.
