Description

Ingredients

  • 2 Porterhouse steaks
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to high heat.
  2. In a bowl, combine the softened butter, parsley, thyme, rosemary, garlic, sea salt, and black pepper.
  3. Shape the herb butter into a log and wrap it in plastic wrap. Chill in the refrigerator until firm.
  4. Season the porterhouse steaks with salt and black pepper.
  5. Place the steaks on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, adjusting time according to your preference.
  6. Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes.
