Description

Delicious pork rind nachos topped with tender pulled pork, perfect for a savory snack or appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 1 bag pork rinds
  • 2 cups pulled pork
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños
  • 1/4 cup sour cream


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spread the pork rinds on a baking sheet.
  3. Top the pork rinds with pulled pork and shredded cheese.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
  5. Remove from the oven and top with diced tomatoes and jalapeños.
  6. Serve warm with sour cream on the side.
