- 1 bag pork rinds
- 2 cups pulled pork
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños
- 1/4 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spread the pork rinds on a baking sheet.
- Top the pork rinds with pulled pork and shredded cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven and top with diced tomatoes and jalapeños.
- Serve warm with sour cream on the side.
