Delicious and crispy, these Pork Crackle-Crusted Chicken Drumsticks are a perfect treat for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 8 chicken drumsticks
  • 2 cups pork cracklings, crushed
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the egg and Dijon mustard.
  3. In another bowl, combine crushed pork cracklings, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Dip each drumstick in the egg mixture, then coat with the pork crackling mixture.
