- 2 cups pork cracklings, crushed
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the egg and Dijon mustard.
- In another bowl, combine crushed pork cracklings, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Dip each drumstick in the egg mixture, then coat with the pork crackling mixture.
- Place the drumsticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
