- 1/2 cup ghee
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Score the pork belly skin in a crosshatch pattern.
- In a bowl, mix ghee, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Brush the mixture generously over the pork belly.
- Place the pork belly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes until crispy and golden.
- Remove from the oven and let rest before slicing into twists.
- Serve warm.
