Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup ghee
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Score the pork belly skin in a crosshatch pattern.
  3. In a bowl, mix ghee, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Brush the mixture generously over the pork belly.
  5. Place the pork belly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 30-40 minutes until crispy and golden.
  7. Remove from the oven and let rest before slicing into twists.
  8. Serve warm.
