- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/2 cup apple juice
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat your smoker to 225°F.
- Mix the spices and rub them all over the pork belly cubes.
- Place the pork belly in the smoker and smoke for 3 hours.
- Combine the barbecue sauce and apple juice.
- Toss the pork belly in the glaze and wrap it in foil.
- Return the wrapped pork to the smoker for an additional 1 hour.
- Unwrap the pork belly and smoke for another 30 minutes for a crispy finish.
