- 2 pounds pork belly
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your smoker to 250°F (121°C).
- Cut the pork belly into 1-inch cubes and place in a bowl.
- Combine salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and brown sugar; rub the mixture all over the pork belly cubes.
- Place the seasoned pork belly cubes on the smoker grates.
- Smoke for about 3 to 4 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 195°F (90°C).
- Remove from the smoker and let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add other spices to your rub.
- Make sure to keep the smoke going continuously for the best flavor.
