- 1 pound ground veal
- 1 onion, chopped

- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup beef broth
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, sauté onion and garlic until translucent.
- In a bowl, mix ground veal, sautéed onion, garlic, salt, pepper, parsley, egg, and breadcrumbs.
- Slice the pork loin lengthwise and fill with ground veal mixture.
- Secure the pork loin with twine and place in a roasting pan.
- Pour beef broth into the pan and cover with foil.
- Bake for about 1 hour, then remove foil and bake for an additional 30 minutes until browned.
- Let rest before slicing and serving.
