Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pork loin
  • 1 pound ground veal
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup beef broth


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, sauté onion and garlic until translucent.
  3. In a bowl, mix ground veal, sautéed onion, garlic, salt, pepper, parsley, egg, and breadcrumbs.
  4. Slice the pork loin lengthwise and fill with ground veal mixture.
  5. Secure the pork loin with twine and place in a roasting pan.
  6. Pour beef broth into the pan and cover with foil.
  7. Bake for about 1 hour, then remove foil and bake for an additional 30 minutes until browned.
  8. Let rest before slicing and serving.
