Description

A delicious stuffing roast featuring pine nuts and suet, perfect for a hearty meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup pine nuts
  • 2 cups breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup suet, grated
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh sage, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the pine nuts, breadcrumbs, and suet.
  3. Add the beaten eggs, vegetable broth, rosemary, sage, salt, and pepper to the mixture.
  4. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
  5. Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  7. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
