- 1 cup pine nuts
- 2 cups breadcrumbs
- 1 cup suet, grated
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh sage, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the pine nuts, breadcrumbs, and suet.
- Add the beaten eggs, vegetable broth, rosemary, sage, salt, and pepper to the mixture.
- Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
