Ingredients

- 1 cup pickled walnuts
- 1 pound ground veal
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine ground veal, chopped pickled walnuts, heavy cream, eggs, salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a terrine mold.
- Bake in a water bath for 60-70 minutes.
- Allow to cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For a more intense flavor, use homemade pickled walnuts.
- Let the terrine sit in the fridge overnight for better slicing.
