Description

This Perfect Steak Alfredo is a creamy, rich dish that combines tender steak with fettuccine pasta in a decadent Alfredo sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound fettuccine pasta
  • 1 pound sirloin steak
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. Season the sirloin steak with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the steak for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until desired doneness. Remove from the skillet and let it rest.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add heavy cream to the skillet and bring to a simmer, stirring constantly.
  5. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
  6. Toss the cooked fettuccine in the Alfredo sauce until well coated.
  7. Slice the steak and serve it over the pasta, garnished with parsley.
