Description
A delicious panko-crusted halibut dish served with sautéed Swiss chard.
Ingredients

- 4 fillets halibut
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cups Swiss chard
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the halibut by seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Dredge the fish in flour, dip it in beaten eggs, then coat it with panko breadcrumbs.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and brown the fillets on both sides.
- Transfer the fillets to a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until cooked through.
- In another skillet, sauté garlic in olive oil, then add Swiss chard and cook until wilted.
- Serve halibut with Swiss chard on the side.
Notes
- Make sure the halibut is fresh for the best flavor.
- Feel free to substitute other greens for Swiss chard if desired.
