Description

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 lemon, sliced


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season salmon with salt and pepper.
  3. Place salmon skin-side down in the skillet.
  4. Cook for 6-7 minutes until the skin is crispy.
  5. Flip the salmon and add lemon slices. Cook for another 3-4 minutes.
  6. Remove from skillet and serve immediately.
