- 1 pound duck hearts
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
Instructions
- Rinse the duck hearts under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat until it begins to brown.
- Add the duck hearts to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and sauté for about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the fresh thyme and continue to cook until the hearts are cooked through and browned, about 4-5 additional minutes.
- Remove from heat and serve warm.
