Description

A deliciously seasoned and perfectly cooked Denver steak, pan seared for a crispy exterior and juicy interior.


Ingredients

  • 2 Denver steaks
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the Denver steak with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and rosemary.
  3. Once the skillet is hot, add the steaks and sear for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium rare.
  4. Remove from skillet and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
