Description

Deliciously seasoned pan seared chuck eye steaks cooked to perfection.


Ingredients

  • 2 chuck eye steaks
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary, chopped


Instructions

  1. Remove the steaks from the refrigerator and let them sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  2. Pat the steaks dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the steaks to the skillet and sear for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
  5. In the last minute of cooking, add minced garlic and rosemary to the skillet.
  6. Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
