Ingredients

- 2 chuck eye steaks
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon rosemary, chopped
Instructions
- Remove the steaks from the refrigerator and let them sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
- Pat the steaks dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the steaks to the skillet and sear for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- In the last minute of cooking, add minced garlic and rosemary to the skillet.
- Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

- Letting the meat sit at room temperature helps to cook it evenly.
- Adjust the cooking time based on your preferred doneness.
