Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the monkfish tails with salt, pepper, lemon zest, and thyme.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the monkfish tails and sear for 5-6 minutes until golden brown.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 1 more minute.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and roast for 10-12 minutes until cooked through.
- Remove from the oven, drizzle with lemon juice, and serve warm.
