Description

Delicious pan-fried patties made with salmon roe, perfect as a snack or appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup salmon roe
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine salmon roe, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, dill, salt, and pepper.
  2. Form the mixture into small patties.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Fry the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels.
  6. Serve warm.
