Ingredients

- 1 pound beef steak, diced
- 1 cup oysters, shucked
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 pie crust (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large pan, sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
- Add the beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in Worcestershire sauce, thyme, and beef broth; simmer for 10 minutes.
- Gently fold in the oysters and let the mixture cool slightly.
- Roll out the pie crust and line a pie dish with it.
- Fill the crust with the beef and oyster mixture.
- Cover with another layer of pie crust and seal the edges.
- Brush the top with beaten egg.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
