Description

Delicious and healthy oven-baked cabbage burgers that are easy to make and packed with flavor.


Ingredients

  • 1 head cabbage
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Remove the core from the cabbage and separate the leaves.
  3. Boil the cabbage leaves in salted water for 3-5 minutes until pliable.
  4. In a bowl, mix ground beef, onion, eggs, breadcrumbs, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  5. Take a cabbage leaf, fill it with the beef mixture, and roll it up.
  6. Place the cabbage burgers seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the meat is cooked thoroughly.
