- 4 chicken thighs
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced

- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the chicken thighs with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the chicken on a baking sheet and arrange the broccoli and bell peppers around it.
- Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
