- 1 cup tallow
- 2 tablespoons sea salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Clean the octopus tentacles and pat them dry.
- In a bowl, mix tallow with sea salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
- Coat the octopus tentacles in the tallow mixture.
- Place the tentacles on the grill and char for 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
