- 2 ahi tuna steaks
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon wasabi paste
- 1 tablespoon black sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon white sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, wasabi paste, rice vinegar, ginger, and green onions.
- Marinate the tuna steaks in the mixture for 20-30 minutes.
- Combine black and white sesame seeds on a plate.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Coat the tuna steaks with sesame seeds on all sides.
- Sear the tuna for about 1-2 minutes on each side for rare, adjusting the time for desired doneness.
- Remove from heat and let rest for a minute before slicing.

- Serve with a side of wasabi and soy sauce for dipping.
