Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the chicken broth and red pepper flakes, bringing the mixture to a simmer.
  4. Add the cleaned mussels to the pot, cover, and cook for about 5-7 minutes until the mussels open.
