Instructions
- In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in the chicken broth and red pepper flakes, bringing the mixture to a simmer.
- Add the cleaned mussels to the pot, cover, and cook for about 5-7 minutes until the mussels open.
