Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken pieces
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine orange juice, lime juice, cilantro, olive oil, garlic, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place chicken pieces in a large resealable bag and pour marinade over the chicken. Seal and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best flavor.
  3. Preheat grill to medium heat. Remove chicken from marinade and discard marinade.
  4. Grill chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through and juices run clear.
  5. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
