Mistletoe Meatballs in Creamy Pan Sauce are a festive and savory dish, perfect for entertaining during the holiday season.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Form mixture into small meatballs.
  3. In a skillet, cook meatballs over medium heat until browned on all sides.
  4. Remove meatballs and set aside. In the same skillet, add heavy cream, beef broth, and Worcestershire sauce, stirring to combine.
  5. Return meatballs to the skillet and simmer in the sauce for 15 minutes.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
