- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Form mixture into small meatballs.
- In a skillet, cook meatballs over medium heat until browned on all sides.
- Remove meatballs and set aside. In the same skillet, add heavy cream, beef broth, and Worcestershire sauce, stirring to combine.
- Return meatballs to the skillet and simmer in the sauce for 15 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
