Description

A delicious seafood platter served with a creamy egg-yolk mayo that’s perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 ounces scallops
  • 12 ounces crab meat
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Boil the shrimp and scallops until cooked through.
