- 8 ounces scallops
- 12 ounces crab meat
- 3 hard-boiled eggs
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions
- Boil the shrimp and scallops until cooked through.
- In a bowl, combine the hard-boiled egg yolks, mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard, salt, and pepper to make the sauce.
