- 1 whole fish, cleaned
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon chipotle sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 lime, sliced
Instructions
- Clean the fish and place it on a grill.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, lime juice, chipotle sauce, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the mixture over the fish.
- Place lime slices over the fish.
- Grill for about 10-15 minutes, flipping halfway through until fully cooked.
- Serve hot with additional lime wedges.
Notes
- For best results, marinate the fish for an hour before grilling.
- Serve with corn tortillas and a fresh salad.
