Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 lime, sliced


Instructions

  1. Clean the fish and place it on a grill.
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, lime juice, chipotle sauce, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Brush the mixture over the fish.
  4. Place lime slices over the fish.
  5. Grill for about 10-15 minutes, flipping halfway through until fully cooked.
  6. Serve hot with additional lime wedges.
