- 2 pounds chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 12 slider buns
- 4 slices cheese
- 1 cup baby spinach
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the chicken thighs with the marinade and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
- Slice the baked chicken into smaller pieces for sliders.
- Assemble sliders with chicken, cheese, and spinach on buns.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
