Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken thighs
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 12 slider buns
  • 4 slices cheese
  • 1 cup baby spinach


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat the chicken thighs with the marinade and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
  5. Slice the baked chicken into smaller pieces for sliders.
  6. Assemble sliders with chicken, cheese, and spinach on buns.
