- 1 cup maple syrup
- 1 cup bourbon
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
- In a large bowl, combine maple syrup, bourbon, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, garlic, black pepper, and salt.
- Place the short ribs in a roasting pan and pour the marinade over the ribs.
- Cover the pan tightly with foil and bake for 2.5 to 3 hours.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 30 minutes to caramelize the glaze.
- Let the ribs rest for 10 minutes before serving.
