These Maple-Bourbon Glazed Short Ribs are a sweet and savory dish perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 3 pounds beef short ribs
  • 1 cup maple syrup
  • 1 cup bourbon
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine maple syrup, bourbon, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, garlic, black pepper, and salt.
  3. Place the short ribs in a roasting pan and pour the marinade over the ribs.
  4. Cover the pan tightly with foil and bake for 2.5 to 3 hours.
  5. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 30 minutes to caramelize the glaze.
  6. Let the ribs rest for 10 minutes before serving.
