Ingredients

- 2 kg goat meat
- 500 ml red wine
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 onion
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 liter water
Instructions
- Marinate the goat meat with red wine, garlic, onion, bay leaves, paprika, salt, and pepper for at least 12 hours.
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add the marinated meat with the marinade and brown for about 10 minutes.
- Pour in the water and bring to a boil.
- Reduce the heat, cover, and let it simmer for approximately 2 to 3 hours until the meat is tender.
- Serve hot with crusty bread.
