- 4 fillets flounder
- 1 cup crab meat
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix together crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, egg, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Lay flounder fillets on a baking dish and spoon the crab mixture onto each fillet.
- Fold the flounder over the stuffing and secure with toothpicks if necessary.
- Melt butter and drizzle over the stuffed fillets.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the flounder is cooked through.
