Ingredients

  • 4 fillets flounder
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, egg, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  3. Lay flounder fillets on a baking dish and spoon the crab mixture onto each fillet.
  4. Fold the flounder over the stuffing and secure with toothpicks if necessary.
  5. Melt butter and drizzle over the stuffed fillets.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the flounder is cooked through.
