This Low Carb Philly Cheesesteak Casserole is a delicious and satisfying meal that brings all the flavors of a classic Philly cheesesteak in a low-carb format.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 medium bell pepper, sliced
  • 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add the sliced onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms to the skillet. Cook until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
