  • 4 tablespoons bone marrow, softened
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your broiler on high.
  2. Carefully split the lobster tails in half lengthwise.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the softened bone marrow, unsalted butter, minced garlic, chopped thyme, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the bone marrow mixture evenly over the lobster flesh.
